You can buy Soundbites exclusively on this website.

How should I store Soundbites?
The best way to store Soundbites is at room temperature in a place without too much direct sunlight.

Can I combine Soundbites with other dietary supplements such as multivitamins?
No. The Soundbites dose is very large, so we advise you not to combine this product with other supplements that contain beta-carotene, vitamin E, C or magnesium.

Ordering and delivery

How do you deliver my order?
All products are sent via PostNL and fit through your postbox. If you order before 8:00 PM, your order will be despatched the following working day.

Why didn’t I receive my order?
If you haven’t received your order, please contact our Customer Service department on support@hearinghealthscience.com.

My order is incorrect
If you have received the wrong order, or if something is missing from your parcel, we would be happy to resolve that for you. Please contact our Customer Service department on support@hearinghealthscience.com.

Can I cancel or amend an order?
In order to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, we use an automated order processing system. This means it is not possible to cancel or amend an order after it has been placed. If you’ve made a mistake during the order process, please contact our Customer Service department on support@hearinghealthscience.com.

What are the postage costs within the Netherlands?
For orders below €25/$25, we make a small charge of €1.95/$1.95. Orders above €25/$25 are sent free of charge.

What are the postage costs outside the Netherlands?
Soundbites capsules are dispatched from the Netherlands. Please enter your delivery address into the checkout process to discover your shipping costs. 

Do the prices quoted include VAT?
Yes, the prices quoted on the website and in our other communication materials include VAT at 6%. For sales to delivery addresses outside the EU, the VAT rate is 0%.

How can I return a product?
You can return your order free of charge up to 14 days after delivery. Products must be returned unopened and unused.

How long will it take to process my refund?
As soon as we have received your return, we will send you a confirmation email. We will then transfer the purchase amount to the account from which it was paid as quickly as possible. This is always within 5 working days.
